When I was 19 I had nerves of steel, so whipping a Marina around the lanes of East Devon and West Dorset at ridiculous speeds was just normal, so there were no fecal accidents. 

30 odd years later it seems slightly unhinged though....   

We're just jealous because only the lucky few get to own an iconic car like a Marina.

I was doubly lucky in that I did my driving lessons, took my test and then got to borrow my Dad's Marina pickup, before going on to buying my very own Marina Coupe!

If it was around, I didn't know about it, and had no need for it, as they were queuing up for a ride in the Marina Coupe 1800TC!
