my key wont operate ignition its solid. Easy fix or not ? Steering lock also on now

Omega 17"s are 7.5J ET33, tyres are 235/45/17...
Vectra wheels are 7J ET42, tyres are 215 or 225/45/17... or to put that another way, completely different
