Does anyone know anything about them :-\
Seriously considering a 2009 one as a second car, 1 owner 20k, all working as it should, drives nice with plenty of grunt. Looks the mutts' dangly bits in dark grey. It's the 3.6 V6 with a 6 speed slushbox, rather than the Northstar V8, or the LS3 :'(, still has 300bhp though so no slouch 8).
It'll be a bit of an impulse buy, but I don't think that I've ever seen one on the road. I know that they're not to everyones taste, but then neither are white Omegas ::)

I actually really quite like the later CTS, lets hope their value plummets like earlier versions...

::) the clue would be in the avatar...
Not sure about the dash in the CTS :-\ STS is the same shape, just a foot longer with a smidge more space in the back. Does seem to suffer from the Omegas' Bose-shelf-takes-up-half-the-boot issue ::)
2.8 CTS are almost sensible money second hand, CTS V is £70k new :o

The v is left hand drive only. £40k used. Only 1 in the country, if the advertiser is to be believed.
-
For £13.5k the 3.6 is a compromise I can live with :y

As much as we all love GM vehicles, for £13,500 you can just buy a 2005+ Maserati Quattroporte with a 4.2 V8 Ferrari engine.
The STS is one of those imposing vehicles though, similiar to a 300C. How about a 5.7 or 6.1 Hemi 300C?
I have driven an STS on a 400 mile trip, and I thought it was a very competent vehicle.
