Sickening
« on: 24 November 2013, 23:50:58 »

As most of you know, I have little time for the EU. Thus, it comes as no surprise to read about this:

http://www.citizengo.org/en/895-estrela-report-back-table-stop-it?sid=MzE2NzMwODYxMzE1Mjgw

A European Parliament Draft Resolution (to be voted upon on the 26th November) promotes sexual education to 0-4 year old children and abortion as a means of birth control.

I thought I'd check out the veracity of this report. The resolution refers solely to the World Health Organisation Regional Office for Europe and the German Federal Centre for Health Education (BZgA) entitled ‘Standards for Sexuality Education in Europe: A framework for policy makers, educational and health authorities and specialists’ , published in 2010.

I downloaded the WHO PDF:

https://www.google.be/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&ved=0CDkQFjAA&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.bzga-whocc.de%2Fpdf.php%3Fid%3D061a863a0fdf28218e4fe9e1b3f463b3&ei=YyxmUoHtNOWX1AXJ-oGgBg&usg=AFQjCNHq3stxVUZ6GBTcOQNYn0ENW0zx-w&sig2=PC5p8Lckxch_uhsDYG0fEw&bvm=bv.55123115,d.d2k

I recommend all parents of young children read the PDF, in particular "The matrix" which starts on Page 39.

Education  0-4 years: "enjoyment and pleasure when touching one’s own body, early childhood masturbation" :o :o :o
Education 6-9 years: "body changes, menstruation, ejaculation, individual variation in development over time" :o :o :o

Call me old-fashioned if you will, but I would be disgusted if my kids in pre-school were being taught about masturbation or if 6 year-olds were being taught about menstruation and ejaculation.

The early enforced sexualisation of young children is, IMHO, robbing them of their childhood and innocence, as well as potentially causing long-term psychosexual problems.

The bill is presented by Portuguese Socialist Edite Estrela. need I say more?  >:( >:(

Thankfully, my children are aged 9 and 12, so I will hopefully be unaffected by this, but my heart goes out to parents of younger ones.  :( :(

Stealing a child's innocence. As you say sickening.  >:( >:( >:( >:(

Next they will make it a serious criminal offense to tell children presents are delivered by Santa Claus as not all the world has this so it will be discrimination to the ethnic majorities.  ::) ::) ::) :o :o :o

I'm glad my daughter will go to school in the Ukraine, but it will potentially affect my grandchildren at 9, 4 and 2.  :( :( :(

I see Ukraine has just jilted the EU on a free trade EFA agreement that was meant to be signed on the 28th November after the Ukrainian parliament voting against releasing Yulia Tymoshenko, which is a condition of the agreement. The alternative is joining Russia's customs union. Talk about being caught between the devil and the deep blue sea.  ???

Sickening is as good a word as any in public, but hardly surprising given its origin...

(from Wikipedia) 'Portugal

Since September 2007, the age of consent laws of Portugal states 14, regardless of sexual behaviour, gender or sexual orientation, as a result of the constitutional court of Portugal ruling on constitutional protection that explicitly includes "sexual orientation", formally into the Constitution of Portugal back in 2004. Since September 2007, the age of consent was formally equalised as part of the Penal Code of September 2007. Although the age of consent is stipulated at 14 in Portugal, the legality of sexual acts with a minor between 14 and 16 is open to legal interpretation since the law states that it is illegal to perform a sexual act with an adolescent between 14 and 16 years old "by taking advantage of their inexperience'

There is some hope though...
An older link, which shows that it is possible to leave the dark ages...

http://www.theguardian.com/world/2013/sep/04/spain-raises-age-of-consent

And a recent display of common sense
http://www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/2013/01/11/age-of-consent-will-not-be-lowered-to-14-insists-david-cameron-sexual_n_2454084.html

Yet more fuel for UKIPs fire...

Absolutely sickening >:( >:( >:(

A child's innocent is a thing of beauty to be protected as long as possible, it used to end with the discovery that Santa wasn't real.

In general if someone is afraid of something they don't do it, be it drugs, sex or whatever, when everything is taught at an early age then ask why is teenage pregnancy and drug abuse on the increase?

I liken it to asking someone to enter an empty but totally dark cave, they would be  very reluctant, a natural fear of the unknown. Now illuminate the cave and with everything in view there would be no hesitation in entering.

It is about time the do gooder's and EU lovers all freaked off >:(

It's a proposal. A massively misguided, ill conceived and yes sickening one, but it's not been passed.

And nor will it be! (If there's any humans left in the world)

But still the earlier and earlier sexualisation of children is being openly permitted by stuff like Miley Cyrus. Might be OK to us adults but to young children.

But this is not meant to be a party political discussion per se. I believe it to be utterly wrong to enforce sexual teaching on children under 6 years of age. However, were this to be suggested in Westminster it would never see the light of day as legislation because it is, I believe, against the moral code of the majority of UK citizens. >:(

But, if it does become law in the UK through the vote of MEPs in Brussels, then I for one would claim that this shows just how undemocratic the EU is and how we really ought to leave.

I spoke, briefly, to my wife as she was on the way out this morning , she would simply refuse to implement anything like this at her school. She reckons her parents would refuse to allow their children to be taught anything like this and would simply keep them at home.
As has been said, it's only a (lunatic) proposal, which will never see the light of day. But the sinister creeps who even contemplate this kind of stuff should be made to come and explain their reasoning to me. :)

Whether or not it sees the light of day is not the only cause for concern though. If its a proposal from the European parliament we have to ask ourselves why. What is the agenda ? Why would supposedly intelligent responsible politicians come up with something like this in the first place ?
Sinister imo. Very sinister.

Hi Nickbat,

Just make you have take your blood pressure tablets before you read this leaked civil servant's letter on Chris' MP's diary:

http://johnredwoodsdiary.com/2013/11/24/dame-lucy-thinks-its-all-going-swimmingly/?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+JohnRedwoodsDiary+%28John+Redwood%27s+Diary%29

The path to EU controlling benefit payments has started with the creation of EU 'social police' through a vote approved by MEP's that have Conservative MEPs complaining.  >:( >:( >:( >:(

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2513222/European-Parliament-approves-plan-social-police-lay-foundations-EU-controlling-benefit-payments.html?ITO=1490&ns_mchannel=rss&ns_campaign=1490

John Redwood's diary; it is worth getting his email newsletter everyday and also getting the House of Commons emails so you can see what legislation is before Parliament and how it is progressing. Both give a useful insight into democracy at work. TBH if I staying in the UK I would become much more of a political activist as we as voters have a duty to keep our politicians as honest as possible, even though honest and politicians in the same sentence is an oxymoron.  :o :o :o :o :o

Thanks, Rods.

I already have John Redwood's Diary bookmarked. :y He's one of [the few] good guys left in the Tory Party. :y

As for the EU social benefit police, words fail me. There are so many sheeple in this country who are too "busy" or uninterested to take an interest in politics that I fear the EU cancer will envelope us all before they notice something's not right. >:(

In the Ukraine, I notice demonstrations IN FAVOUR of joining the EU!  :o :o You'd think they would know better after years of Soviet rule.   ::) ::)
