« on: 29 January 2015, 21:04:06 »Just seen a set of 6 NGK BKR 6EK 2288 creep bay for £12.48 plus £1.48 p&p says they are only suitable up to 3.0 Ltr,why not the 3.2 as well??
I think these are the ones I have in mine and have probably done 20,000 or so. They looked fine when I pulled them out recently, so I'd recommend!

I bought a set of headbolts from CP4L when I did my HG's before Christmas as they were the cheapest I could find at £16ish for a set.
However they only sent me 8 bolts instead of the 16 required for both heads. So when I phoned up and complained they said that the ebay listing was for 'a set' ie for one head, but when I pointed out that the photo showed 16 bolts and it was reasonable to assume that I'd receive 16 bolts, they backed down and sent another 8 bolts.
They changed the photo to one showing only 8 bolts pretty quickly as well!

Opened it without any damage with the spare key which arrived at about midday!
It's reminded me though that my spare needs fixing as the remote dosn't work, as I cobbled together a good one from the two.
I think I'll get a basic metal key cut to conceal somewhere as now these senior moments have started to happen, they're bound to increase in frequency!
