Where to find damper 90217221

So two pc of these parts are needed, between front upper spring seat and spring, really difficult to find. Found one from Cyprus. Is it the last one available in the world? Do anybody know a source for this. I would like to change them to both sides as I am now working there.

How bad are your originals? Usually they're OK to reuse. That said the newest factory fits are at least 15 years old.

Old are useful, I just wanted to change everything but if not available  reuse them.
