I've had AC Delco's from the dealer before and currently have NGK's both have been fine.  :y

Just wondering about others, Bosch, Champion etc ? These quad electrode sparkplugs any good?  :-\

Not needed, I think.

Being a lazy bastard I ended up changing the 135 bank only.

246 bank will be changed soon.....I promise. ;)

Not alot if you haggle, £3 each, but officially they're about a fiver each... still cheaper than Helfrods etc as you need six plugs, so end up getting two packs of four ::)

I won't buy plugs from Halfords though, as I have found people buy the expensive ones, change them, put the old ones back in the boxes and reseal them before returning for a refund >:(

Service items are normally pretty cheap from VX... it's possible to buy all the filters/sump washer/20 litres of oil for the V6 for less than £90...

Have I read somewhere on here that quads arn't great for LPG as you get 4 weaker sparks as opposed to 2 strong sparks?  :-\

There is arguably some spark shielding with any plug, but you only ever one spark from any plug...

Triples and quads produce a more reliable (possibly not the correct term) spark as there are more electrodes...

Only ever put quads on mine but don't have lpg... Perhaps the lpgists will have some less ambiguous input :-\

I use genuine GM twins in both mine.  Rather embassingly, the twins in the MV6 had been in almost 60k  :-[.  They looked OK when then came out though, bar being soaked in oil ::)

That reminds me, the 3.2 had new plugs at about 57k. Now on 95k. I must get arou...    ...sod it, summer job ;D

Genuine GM for me - contact the ABS for a service kit, of all filters and plugs, for I think £29, which is super value.  :)

The quads offer no real world benefit so only buy them if they cost les than the twins.
