MOT Flagup

Regarding registration RJ04ZYX. Check it out on the official gov.uk MOT website and look at the FAIL reason flagged in 2015.

Any tips on how to rectify?  ;D

I would have thought that tampering with the MOT history of a vehicle would be an offence of some kind  :-\.

I mean, if I were looking to but the car second hand, its definitely the sort of information I'd want to know!  ;D
