Good old Vauxhall, after trying to supply me with the wrong aerial cable (7metres long off a Vectra), they now tell me that they cannot supply the cable I need from the join in drivers footwell to radio, as it is not listed in the parts catalogue. If I can get the part number they will have a go at getting it, they can't find the part number, but expect me to!  :o :o
If I can't get anywhere with this I thought it might be worth removing as much of the cable as I can by undoing it from the connector in the footwell and cutting it, keeping it as long as possible, get a piece of cable with a plug on the radio end, and solder it on the the existing cable, and feed the new part of the cable round to the radio.
