This car was in very good good condition last time I saw it for suspension work. Exceptionally clean underneath, and throughout in fact. Well worth a look. :)

I think with the low miles and mechanical condition its a keeper. Just needs some work on the body. I was contemplating getting it done but there are too many idiots on the roads because weeks after deciding against it, lo and behold! it happened again.

To clarify,  I wanted to fix the first scuff on the bumper and after I had decided not to, someone scuffed the other side - as the pics show.

There is no further damage other than what is mentioned   ;D

Ok with it now,,,,thats the problem with looking after our cars and giving them all that is best......some one will always come along and damage it and just carry on as if nothing happened. :(

No. Still for sale. We have decided to up the budget and get a Zaf B. This was decided after I insured the Omega for another year.  :-X

I could be tempted by this but South Lincolnshire is a fair way from London.

Probably a long shot but is delivery 'sold unseen' a possibility?

You'll have to clarify that Sir Opti.  You want to buy it without having seen it and want me to drop it off to your mansion?

In a nutshell, yes.

I bought my MV6 from forum member Danny that way.  ( whatever happened to him?). He drove down from Wigan and took the train home.

I paid him a non-returnable deposit to cover his costs just in case the car was 'the Omega from hell'.

It wasn't.

We agreed a price for the car then an additional non-returnable payment to cover his costs.

Best car I've ever owned. :y

I notice that the pictures are from 2011.

I can't really justify another Omega, but as I say, I could be tempted by a well cared for Elite.

This is how it worked with Danny.

He gave me his email address and I deposited £100 in his paypal acount. This was a leap of faith on my part as I didn't know the guy from Adam and he could have kept my money. By this time a price has been agreed for the car, along with a delivery date and time.

He then drives to me and I either pay the agreed price or he drives home. I bought the car, if I hadn't then I would have been £100 out of pocket. His costs would have been covered.

All in all it worked well. :y

Just an idea. :y

These pictures were taken shortly after I bought the car. The car was in need of a wash but I had run out of shampoo so I used the only pictures I had. I gave it a through clean on Saturday, took me 4 hours and took lots of pictures.

This is a really well cared for car. The people who have know me from the forum can vouch for that. However, the car may have already been sold. Will let you know if it falls through

Car now sold.  :'(

The new owners intend to keep this car long term and use it mainly for shows so the car will have a good long life hopefully.  :y
