Timing belt kit on a 2.2 (not mine) - cleaning breathers and changing rocker covers on same car some of breather hoses perished and waiting for parts. Current have 4 Omegas parked here!

Started stripping down 2.5 estate for timing belt - lpg does not make that easier!

Not using the omega frequently and consequence is a flat battery, so got one of those streetwise 12v 3.8Amp automatic chargers from Amazon , and its doing its job now. Also treated the omega to solar top up charger to hopefully prevent a future flat battery . :)

Took mine for its mot,, it's flown through the test and no advisories.
Not bad for 18,,, only done 60k.

I also did the spark plugs, removed the oil bath and changed the rocker gasket.
Purrs along nicely.  8)

Let wifey use it to take the dog out. Takes me a couple of days to get the driving position exactly how I like it afterwards, then she uses it again.  :(

I was waiting for that. A nice car I have already, memory seats would be a bonus. What I most definitely don't need is an omega.  :)

Can't you get her one of her own? Car that is, two dogs would be an extravagance.

She's got one, but doggie is a bit cramped in a coupe. :(
