We had a bunch of caravan dwellers come here a few years ago and they occupied the Park and Ride car park on the outskirts of town.  They stayed about a week and caused absolute mayhem.  Shop lifting, fights in the pubs, the elderly were harassed to get their drives/hedges/roofs done, usual shit and then they left a hell of a mess that taxpayers had to pay for when they disappeared in the night...  >:(

I recorded last nights programme, but caught the last 5 minutes and listened to some 'expert' waffling about poverty, disadvantage, lack of education and life chances yada yada yada, so I won't bother watching it.  ::)
