Yes, but it's very expensive and slow. Pilkingtons do it in the UK, but relatively simple one-offs start at about £2k per screen with most of the work in making a former; complications can increase that dramatically. They're worth contacting, as they do have already have formers for lots of European cars.

I have got a heated screen on order for the Carlton :), 3 month leadtime, MOQ 5 screens. I managed to tack on to someone elses order.  Might have to see if they can do one for the Omega, probably be cheaper than getting the A/C working >:(

They were never common, and like all small vans those that didn't rust away(it's a Herald, so that number might have reached double figures :) ) were worked to death.


a 1500 Spitfire donor makes a Herald into a perfectly usable car even today. An Mx5 engine and box adds plenty of oomph.
