What's the stuff ECP sell? There's a couple near me ish.

Find your local vinyl sign writers and scrounge some of the remover they use.
Cheers Nick, did half think about that but nothing near me sadly, won't give up mind.

Isopropyl alcohol might work. It shifts most things. :y
Actually thats a goid call, last time I used that stuff it took the Skin off my hands.

Might have some somewhere, from memory Electrolube Switch Cleaner contains that stuff, now where did I hide that.

Removed some Sign Writing of a Van carefully using a Heat Gun, all good in that department, however there's an almost invisible tacky leftover residual left over that I can seem to shift tried everything from T Cut, Fairy Liquid, Petrol etc and more heat, it does start to come off but is bloody hard work for little results. There must be something out there which works well for this sort of thing, just need to know what ?

General Car Chat / Re: LPG at Morrisons

Why are they even having a conversation at the Forecourt, you fit the Adaptor before driving in, fill up, pay, drive out, then remove adapter, job done no one's the wiser.  ::)
I just leave mine screwed in all the time, never had any trouble..
Exactly, but in all fairness some adapters are quiet long so stick out a fair bit, but yea we're on the same page.

General Car Chat / Corsa C - Intermittent No Start
« on: 20 May 2021, 13:14:16 »
Car runs fine normally and starts on the button, however every now and then, normally after a journey and then parked up it will just refuse to Start.

I get the dreaded Key Imoberlizer flashing light on issue, I've tried all the usual restarts door entry, lock up / unlock another key but nothing,.

So far I've changed the main ECU, Im. Ring and box around the In. Key, both the Im. Chips in the Keys and the Speedo Cluster as was informed speedo needs to be changed with the above as well although still not sure about that one.

I'm out of ideas now, what have I missed.

Talking about OOF and Electron Trickery, I had to set my 5G LTE Router for IPV4 Only sometime back in order to access OOF, think it was an EE Gateway issue, honestly can't remember, but question is, is The Forum still IPV4 these days.
IPv4 only currently.
Thanks TB, I'll leave set as it is for now.  :y

I'll ask again in 20 years  ;D ;)

Actually better make that 10 I'm not getting any younger these days.  :-\ :)

General Discussion Area / Re: Internet Browsers ?
« on: 16 April 2021, 13:33:46 »
For Home and Play I've been using UC Browser which, wait for it, is basically a China release of Chrome, but without all the Google Spying and the need for Google Sign in,s. Been using it for donkeys years and never had any issues.

So they've replaced the Google spying with Chinese spying?
Correct, don't really have an issue with the  Chinese Spying on me whilst I'm outside of China and doing absolute nothing about it or with any of my info. What I do have a Problem with is the likes of Google having far to much information, Personal details and your whereabouts every second of each Day.

What do you all use.

My 2 main ones are Firefox & Chrome.  I have used Opera in the past and IE with out tweaking it I find is a waste of time.

Are there any others worth trying. :y
Anything to do s Work sign in I use IE or what ever it's called these days.

Starter ::) for ten...

https://www.halfords.com/motoring/battery-maintenance/jump-starters/noco-gb50-1500-amp-ultrasafe-lithium-jump-starter-216406.html

Smaller/cheaper versions available.

Whilst it doesn't help the OP. Just say I've got one of those Noco GP50 and actually supprised myself how well they work, they will easily start around 6 cars in a row, don't expect them to turn an engine over for 10 mins as they won't, but will happily start an known good car even with the battery totally shagged or missing.

The Noco's are American made and the cheaper Chinese Tat ones aren't a patch on them.

Have a look here -

https://www.2-spyware.com/remove-winzip-driver-updater.html

The Article mentions Malwarebytes Software which I've been using for Years, world highly recommend it,  and is Free if you use the Free Version.

Apart from the two specials which have already aired, and a third on it's way.  ;D ;D
No idea, I only watch that Talking Black and White Picture Channel Thingy these days.  :-\a
Still on dial up interweb then?  :D
Nah doesn't work around here, well, not since BT cut me off anyway.

I'm on proper World Wide Wait, Radio Waves and all that, sending Bits and Bytes stuff, I get my Packets via Long Wave, should be called Long Wait, I get about 12 Packets a week, reckon the Postman could do s better job.

And don't get me going on that Error Correction stuff
