loose wire

 i spotted a wire hung down under the front bumper . its off my n/s foglamp. according to the owners manual to change a foglamp  bulb is a workshop job. before i have a look is the lamp accessible from underneath or do i have to remove the bumper.?

Takes longer to type than to do...

Have you done it yet...  ::)

It's perfectly accessible from underneath. A curb or ramps help as the bumper is quite low ;)
