Can't see the item linked to[it comes up as error having occurred] but I recently bought a box of-I think-140 trim clips of various sizes types which came with  3 or 4 trim removal tools for only a few pounds from e-bay.

They look the right ones for the sill cover end caps. I cant remember the ones which hold the arch liners in place as its been several years since I took any off.

pretty sure, i bought some not long ago however... just a note, these mean you often lose the central rod in trying to remove, there are other types which have a captive central 'rod' not unlike a noticeboard drawing pin. I've changed to this type which needs either a screwdriver or just a fingernail to remove, unlike the drift and small hammer like the originals do  :y
