In other news, the Illiberal Undemocrat candidate in Thurrock has resigned after it was discovered he repeatedly used the "N word " to describe black people on Twitter. He is Vice President of the LimpDem  Campaign for racial equality !!
Oh dear, that's terrible news  ;D ;D

Corbyn has today tried to demonstrate how heartless the Tories are by not caring about the poor Labour voting folk up north who have been hit hard by floods in recent days. He has demanded they activate the Bellwin scheme.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bellwin_scheme

They activated it three days ago.
God help us all if he ever gets elected.
I think Corbyn and Co are getting quite desperate, even at this early stage. Conference passed a motion condemning India over it's role in Kashmir. Consequently,  Hindis have been saying that they are going to vote conservative. You've never seen such a hasty reversal in Labour policy.  ;D

Indeed it was Mr Ronnie.......and it wasn't an unusual name for a black cat or black dog. My mother used to talk with great affection about her beautiful 'nigger brown' coat.

Nigger brown was an actual colour.

If you're in Yorkshire, you can vote for your favourite non-binary candidate..

Exactly how many genders exist in 2019? :-\

We seemed to get by with just boys and girls when I was at school in nineteen hundred and frozen to death. :)

I had to laugh at Faceache yesterday.. two posts in a row - one from one friend sharing a joke about how Labour will ruin the country, followed immediately on the same page by another friend sharing a Labour advert saying how Tories will ruin the country and only Corbyn can save us. Oh, how I laughed.

My Faceache becomes more of a party political broadcast at times, mostly by shouty lefties and Scotnats.  ::)

It can be good fun at times though as they usually get quite upset if you challenge them.  Poor loves!  ;D

Labour are now promising free broadband for all and are going to make big tech companies pay for it. The old trick of buying votes with other peoples money.
Don't suppose they have considered that the tech companies will just move out of the UK and lots of people will lose their jobs.
Anyone who votes for a bunch of terrorist supporting Marxists, just to get free broadband shouldn't be allowed to vote.

Regardless it is a vote winner.

I wish I could have internet. ( my expensive satellite is currently broken). Internet is a staple for just about everyone save the elderly who are probably lifetime Tory voters anyway.

I winder what the Lib Dems will respond with. As an impartial outsider, I still think they will make huge inroads and upset form.

That's OK, they'll just re-open the coal mines. ;D
