If Rae is talking about the hill that I think he is (Penrhys?) then it's hard not to give it some welly up there!  :y

If you bolted wings onto Rae's Evo you'd take off at the top!  :o  ;D

Oil + Filter, Diff fluid top up and general check over of the daily. Few things will need doing soon but ultimately not sure of its long term future.

Took the Battlebus to MK and back.  That should keep all the electricity in it for another couple of weeks.

Fitted a replacement rear wiper motor on the Zafira A tractor juice edition
wasn't parking so assume the contact inside was bummed (tried the relay)
i ordered a motor a few weeks ago that my mum put "somewhere safe"  ::)
ordered another ,now fitted ;D
also fitted a new blade and arm ,so now it actually touches the rear screen and clears it  :)
one lug on the old motor had snapped off too ,which probably wasn't helping
needs the tyres swapping round ,one job for in the week when i call for a coffee
mum will probably have found the first wiper motor by then  ;D

got some aero blades for my Omega ,worth a try  ;D
if they are shyte ,i'll put the old ones back  ::)

Started attempting to diagnose the cause of low fuel pressure making airfix 1 very difficult to start.
I knew I would regret buying a lump of French plastic shite.

That's right. The omega has never required any work, at all, ever.

Th Omega is very reliable, only stopped once due to crank sensor, and when it does need things doing I know my way around it reasonably well.
I cant even see most of the stuff in the engine bay on Airfx1, and when I can see it, I don't know what most of it is or what it does.
The fault code is a fuel pressure regulator code, but apparently its rarely the FPR at fault. More likely to be a duff injector, several other things or possibly a fooked pump.
Not straightforward to diagnose either. French shite.

It would if I had a garage. Also need to be a two year old with four elbows and three wrists to work on it. French shite.

Take it to a Renault dealer, I believe they're very reasonable.

Paying £100 an our for some spotty teenager to waste his working day scratching his head and arse  at my expense aint gonna happen.
It will go to the scrappy before that happens.

That clit should have a hand primer under bonnet, have you tried squeezing that a few times before staring ?, I've seen issues with a tiny air leak letting fuel run back from the pump causing slow start,a one way valve in the supply line will stop that :y

I seem to spend my entire life replacing Zaf rear wiper arms.

Is it worth trying a genuine one rather than the ebay/ecp crap that seems to last about 3 weeks?
