Not very entertaining in my opinion, prefer the programme about the classic car auctions in Yorkshire down to earth & proper people.
Going up to Thornton-le-Dale again in August. I checked that there were no auctions during the week we are there. It might be nice to watch on the telly, but it's mayhem on the day.

They showed an clip from this show last night with the presenters driving cars of the type they had in their earlier lives.

The best bit was when got out of his car without trousers on.  Apart from that it is just playing with their toys still, but at least it stops them playing with something else!! :o :o :o ;D ;D

From a woman's point of view I cannot for the life of me see what this programme is about ;D ;D ;D ;)
I 'work*' with a woman who believes that she shouldn't be in the aircraft holds unloading bags because she is 'a woman'

Unfortunately this sums up everything that is wrong with the sexism arguments as you can't have it both ways. Certainly there should be absolutely no reason to not understand something or do something due to gender.

'Woe is me, a weak and feeble woman' or some such tosh.

Clearly no point watching the programme now either :-X

* I use 'work' loosely as she clearly has no intention of doing any >:(

I have always believed in “equal but different”, which is where I disagree with many feminists who want total equality – nature hasn’t planned it that way and we should celebrate the differences.
However, it's amazing how many fish need bicycles!  :o

I enjoyed top gear tonight, it was kind of back to the chemistry of the earlier ones. A vast improvement on Evans, Le Blanc, etc, and I had a good laugh.
If you watch it, notice the coke can in the door pocket of McGuinness's leaf. It didn't get a mention on the show but I pissed myself.
