Fuel pump
« on: 04 January 2017, 19:33:24 »

Some may recall Tony H has been having long running problems and now it wont run at all, maybe for a couple of seconds at most. Fuel pump is not priming but 12V is getting to the pump when the ignition is turned on and pressure is also near non existant at the schrader valve.

Put a wanted ad in the usual section but thought maybe someone could answer if the estate pump and saloon are the same or may have one knocking about? whole gubbins wanted due to likely pipe crumbling

Just a note of thanks to Jon for persisting in helping out with this ongoing problem   in sub zero temperatures the other day, it had us both scatching our heads and making a hmmm noise attempting to get her back to up and running.
