Yes, it's perfectly possible. LPG kits all regulate their fuel pressure relative to manifold pressure anyway, and the only difference on a turbo car is that manifold pressure goes positive.

You will obviously need a quite generously rated vapouriser as it will be delivering vapour at a higher absolute pressure. On a  NATASP install, if, say the vapour pressure is 1.2 BAR then the maximum absolute pressure is 1.2 BAR. On a turbo, it's 1.2 BAR plus boost pressure so a little more work for the vapouriser to do.

You also want to make extra sure the rest of the system, can deliver adequate fuel as with forced induction mixtures at wide open throttle are richer and the consequences of going lean (burnt valves, holed pistons, etc.) present themselves with much less provocation.

That said, pretty much any sequential kit ought to work on a turbo if it's well specified and set up and the install is no more challenging.

actually, forced induction cars run better on LPG because you can turn up the boost to compensate for the less energy in the fuel.

And, you can do this without fear of detonation because LPG has an octane rating of 120.

theoritically there will be no problems.. practically depends on the lpg installer and the kit.. there are many lpg turbo volvo and insignias around .. but I see some extra oiling system added to protect valves
