Yep, smoked or unsmoked. :y

I used to like smoked, but it can taste a bit too salty sometimes so I tend to stick to the unsmoked.

Hey why don't we all go together at the same time, you could call it a Costco" meat "  ;Dcould even set up a barbie lol !!

Driving down the road with my girlfriend in the car, she points out my ex getting into a car( absolute stunner ) I try and spot her for a peep and slam into the back of a fiesta, the car my ex was getting into was my old driving instructors and they were both p*ssing themselves !! :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[

Argos in Birkenhead 2 days before Christmas, packed with shoppers and I was picking up some stuff for a nursing home refit I was involved in. Weighed down with bags I left the till only for the spotty little oik to shout very loudly " Excuse me sir , you have forgotted one of your incontinence sheets" I could have died of the shame!!!!

General Discussion Area / Christmas collection boxes in shops?
« on: 14 December 2010, 14:29:51 »
Am I being too mean by asking why does every shop have a " Merry Xmas from all the staff" sign stuck to a collection box on the counter. One of the shops is staffed by the owner and his wife !!

I dont mind tipping for good service in restaurants when the staff are on the minimum wage but something about this ticks me off.

I work in health, should I put one on our reception desk? it is akin to begging if you ask me! >:(

If any of the offenders are ever brought to justice, an example must be made. These people have no fear of arrest as it's usually a slap on the wrist.
They need to be made to understand that, regardless of the cost of their education, they will have trouble gaining employment with a criminal record and possibly a short prison term behind them.
In fact, I would go further and debar them from studying in all universities in this country. Have nothing to complain about then, would they? :)

Here, Here !! A damn good birching would do the trick!

To be honest i bought mine 4 years ago and its only worth what I paid still, Others here have mentioned how difficult it is to get on the ladder/ move up it. I have seriously considered getting shut and renting in a nicer  area actually I want to live in. To move i will need a deposit of around 30-40,000 which in this day and age is not going to happen!

Tough times for some :(   Not too bad for others more fortunate :y

Yes they need a boss but that "Boss" must have alot of time for them. Loving & loyal but one of the worst for being left alone. :y

Which is a problem as we both work 9-5, I know this seems cruel but it's the harsh realities of working. Any suggestions as to which breed/cross would be better suited to cope with this?

Would you not be better holding off getting a dog in that case Ome? - just an observation, nothing judgemental. :y

No offence taken and I understand your point, I have had dogs before that were fine on their own and to be honest the extra security would be a bonus but I don't want to wait until im 65 to get another dog Hmmmmm! will give it some more thought!
