On a serious note a friend of mine rented out his late parents house using a letting agency to manage the property. They collected the rent, took the deposit, vetted the tenants and supposedly carried out inspections and were insured. The house caught fire, totally destroying the bedrooms and roof, from dodgy electrics in the cannabis farm in the upstairs.
He was not insured, because of a clause relating to illegal activities at the property his dispute with the managing agents over lack of care, breach of contract came to nought.
He is slowly rebuilding the house and has had to take a mortgage out to complete the work.

Yes, I think that's why the neighbours didn't notice anything strange about him, as he wasn't dealing from the house. They also found 3 or 4 food blenders....   

Then I can safely say whats been going through that house  is in the millions worth, the blender is used to" bash " it, i.e. dilute it with Benzocaine or other adulterants to increase it's value. My neighbour was found with £8,000,000 worth in her loft last year. Cheeky cow had all that and I didn't even get a sniff of it 

I seriously would be checking under the floorboards etc...very closely

£350K is a shed load in anyone's books, but that value was probably gleaned from selling it to the end user at the lowest possible denomination (it's in town pubs here for £10 per 0.1 of a gram).
