Title: Two climate panel queries

My climate control panel has recently started showing the temp just on the drivers side. Is there something I can do to reset thie panel?
It used to show the temp on both sides.

The second one is - If I set the temp to low, I can control the fan speed. If it's set to 16 or over the fan is very noisy and I cant reduce the speed. Any ideas?

1. Please read the manual. Then press the drivers temp knob.

2. Please read the manual. Then press auto button again.

3. Don't press anything else before Please read the manual. ::)
