Ah yes Sir Tig but where is the fun in going into a muddy bog and getting stuck up to your wheel arches in mud and then having to get someone with a winch to haul you out and pay £40ish for the privilege.....I will ask again where is the fun???? :y

I used to live and work in East and Southern Africa, so have done plenty of digging cars and trucks out of mud and sand.  :)  Usually in the pissing rain when you are trying get somewhere.  ::)  ;D

I like asphalt!  :y

Indeed. Far more comfortable thing to get stuck in mud with.

Obviously, if you don't want to get stuck, a proper 4x4 is needed.
