The lambo driver didn't brake until after he hit the Mazda ::)

Granted the Mazda should probably not have pulled out, but an emergency stop from thirty in a car with tyres and brakes the size of the Aventadors could be measured in inches rather than yards :-\

Be interesting to see the cctv footage from the bus behind the Maserati too...

He was obviously paying more attention to his blonde passenger than the road ahead!  ::)

Mazda's at fault, no matter how fast the Lambo was travelling (and it was slowing down before impact) the Lambo had right of way....

Up to the speed limit, yes. Beyond that, the Lambo driver's share of the liability increases rapidly, IMHO. You can't expect miss daisy sitting at a junction to anticipate you approaching it at three-figure leptons. If you're going to stretch the legs of your Lambo / whatever to that extent, you'd better have much better than average hazard perception, and be ready to accommodate less super-human road users accordingly. .. not to mention being prepared to take the rap if that strategy doesn't work for you.  ;)

Not saying that's necessarily the case in this instance...

Very often in London, you have to creep forward, to get a better view and due to bad traffic. I would say that although the Aventador has right of way, the fact that he/she was going so fast that he/she couldnt brake in a 30mph zone suggests he/she was going way too fast for the conditions and will have a significant proportion of blame to accept, perhaps more than the Mazda driver. Driving without due care comes to mind. Visibility is good, road surface is not wet, so no reason for a modern supercar being unable to perform an emergency braking manoeuvre.

The noise from the Lambo as well as the speed at which the car impacts, suggests speeding.

Edit: The brake lights dont come on till the second impact. Distracted Lambo driver, I think.

Dosnt matter. Mazda has to give way.

Lambo might be in line for speeding offence, but fact is if the Mazda hadn't pulled out there'd be no prang.

Yes but if the lambo driver had been a) not speeding, and b) paying attention, it would never have happened...

Have been in a similar prang, from the lambo drivers perspective. That was settled 50/50 plus my costs.

The only notable difference was that I slid into the third party, brakes locked, as I had reacted to the rapidly changing situation in front of me. Had my car had abs, I might not have hit them at all :-\
