After waiting for more than two weeks for the clowns at Yodel to deliver Mrs Opti's breadmaker, I finally threw in the towel.

I contacted Amazon by e-mail, explained the situation, and asked them to refund £49.99 back to my card. Their customer service was excellent and far more professional than that of Yodel, because the refunded money showed up in my account barely two days later.

Yesterday morning I found a Morphy Richards breadmaker outside the back door.

 Should I be a totally honest man then  I suppose I should say something ..........or, on second thoughts, perhaps not.

I ordered something from ebay from china (I think) after a month it hadnt arrived, so got a refund,
a month after it came, I contacted them and was told to keep it,

but had already bought another.
