From what I can see it looks to be a tooth out (but I am on my phone). Me personally would remove the whole belt and start a fresh. You wont need to turn the crank back for that much. Lock the crank with the lock, then use a torx bit on the cam sprockets to gently bring the cams into position. Then put the locks in between the cams. Make sure the other side (3 & 4) are correct too then put the cam locks in between them too. Then start the process from the crank putting the crank wedge in place to hold the belt in position, then work up and around anti clockwise, going around the idler, then cam 4, then 3, under the central idler, number 2 then 1, if you have it correct the belt should just go over the tensioner
