We had the same on the southern section of the M25,2 accidents with accompanying rubberneckers (tossers!) and so called 'incidents,' as apparent stranded vehicles which were already on the hard shoulder were deemed a problem enough to light up the overhead gantries like Blackpool seafront, and pedestrians in the road who actually were a motor cyclist and pillion who again were on the hard shoulder and just sitting by the bike on the crash barrier. Who in God's name employs these traffic management people? Oh! I know....it's the breweries, they fire these people for the obvious reason ::) and then the Highways Agency snap them up, and guess where they put them....bless  >:(::)
