I for 1 do and never have a problem.

Never had a problem with pattern cam cover gaskets , only
Gm stuff i buy is sensors .

I use them at times.it can all depend on what parts,when they're needed and available budget at the time.

Genuine except for Exhausts for me

I buy on price,  ,and also have not as yet had problems with them, I also buy quite a lot of parts from auto jumbles,.
Bought two genuine air filters today,.from a very nice man in the ABS parts shop,

Based on OOF experiance, genuine where needed (sensors ect) pattern for others

Genuine where the experience on here proves it's reliability V cost.

So non-genuine parts for me are ETS exhausts, wishbones, poly bushes, SKF cam and aux belt kits (so that includes the full tensioner, tensioner pulley and water pump).

Being permanently skint, i'd have to say ............... depends on who's paying

I make do with cardboard cut-out of cornflake box cam cover gaskets  They leak but at least i can replace them every week fot pennies

I use genuine when it's advised but I'm happy to use patten parts like coil packs or filters ect.
