Well any I see for sale are auto and cloth. was a nice change thats all  :-?

No, not at all uncommon.

Manual TD Elites are rare.

The actual spec on this oneis unknown, Could be a bog standard GLS that the owner fitted leather seats to (god knows why, leather must be the most uncomfortable seat covers going).  Common enough.
