Mine is a face lift MV6 and not self levelling.
The dealer gave me the part number from the chassis number.
So is he wrong??

Oh, but has anyone else had a problem with after market idlers? This is 12 months old, 10,000 miles and the bush is moving in the housing. Not what it is supposed to do

Bigriffin, my local dealer is coming up with 90542361 as the part number. None in UK, but 30+ sets in Germany. List £327 pr + VAT!!!!
Local factor is offering me after market MV6 estate, standard and heavy duty. I think about £40 each.

Air chisel might be the answer, instead of using a standard chisel. I'll try that on the morrow.

Any thoughts on this? Last year replaced the steering idler, for an aftermarket one.
This years MOT, failed on idler! And yes it is knackered. 10,000 miles and only fit for the bin.
But my problem is actually releasing the taper from the idler on to the tie bar. My joint splitter will not go in. Last year it just all fell apart easy.
Any suggestions, apart from the BFH

Hi guys, a while since I have been here but a couple of jobs to do.
Rear springs on a facelift MV6 estate?
I have checked out the guide, but wondered if anyone had found a way without dropping the diff. Maybe using coil spring compressors?
Just a thought.........

Tow bar and Irmscher kit does not work at all on the Estate. I have an MV6 Irmscher estate, and am going to change back to a standard rear bumper and standard exhaust. Only way.
Shame really, the exhaust sounds superb!
So I will have a stainless Irmscher exhaust and a silver back bumper to sell

Just going back to my original query, are we sure the V6 gearbox will bolt onto the Red top engine?
