Someone has patented the idea of shoes that put themselves on meaning you don't have to bend in order to put them on yourself. The idea is that a sensor within the shoe registers the weight of you toes going into it then what can best be described as a caterpillar track in the bottom of the shoe pulls the rest of your foot in or pulls the shoe onto your foot[depending on how you want to phrase it]my first thought was that it was just a useless idea for the bone idle, but further thought was that if/when perfected it could be a boon to the disabled etc.

A better, non-electronic solution would be to have a scantily-clad hot totty at your feet: whether she is there for putting your shoes on or for any other reason is up to you! 8) :P :y

With a rapidly aging population, I suspect innovations like this will prove very profitable in the coming decades.

sounds like something a German engineer would design because slip-on shoes are far too simple a solution :)

I can't imagine what other service she could perform while bending down between your legs. ::)
