I'm open to offers close to the money mark, can't belive it's still here to be honest, great looker and the fact it's the manual mv6, great for towing and had the works done as listed that cost a bit.

Isuzu Bighorn (Jap version of the Trooper).
Only bought it because..

1. It was there
2. It was the right price
3. People don't f*ck about with you when it comes to giving space

I only sold the last one because the old lady complained it was too slow.

What I realy want is that "one off, rare as rocking horse s*it, one owner, low mileage, immaculate, 54 plate, 3.2 Elite, fully loaded, and with manual box".

In the meantime, I'll settle for something that provides a huge grin factor when the old lady spanks the s*it out of it occasionally.

My bid of £500 is based on the pics (which aren't that good TBH), your description, and the fact I'd be prepared to put £500 in your hand without even looking at it.

If you are holding out for more, then I'd obviously want to see it, etc before I consider improving on that offer.

Will have to do better than that killer, i'd rather keep, try to find a manual mv6 with all that work done under £800

Fair enough Rob, but my bid is based on what an insurance company would pay if it went total loss the following day.

Private good is £545, with dealer good being £740.
Like I said, I'm prepared to up the ante...but it would have to be very good.

As I said earlier, there is no way I'd pay anything above dealer price no matter what has been done on a car that age - but if you're confident it's so good that I'd willingly get £740 out of my bin then let's talk.

I think we all know that insurance companies pay rock bottom prices because they are good at screwing people!

If we all went by what "the book" says then we would be out of pocket by a long way!  ::)

Insurance valuations are based on book prices, and they do pay the full dealer retail unless the inspection shows the car to be a real piece of crap prior to the accident.
