i have a pair of Double D tail trims cut off an irmscher vectra b tailbox, ive sleved them onto a pair of 2.5" stainless pipes & they can be welded or bolted onto your exsisting twin tailbox, but would be better on an estate due to length!

again i will ask an oof member to upload pix for me or pm me a mob number & i will mms you pix,

£25 collected from worcester.

This stainless twin tail box when bought new was £430!! in april 2001!! specially designed & tuned for the V6 omegas,
It is the original irmscher style backbox that serbring made for irmscher but does not have the Irmscher I logo stamped into it!
Not A cheep shite aftermarket box that will ruin your fuel consumption/your ears!!!
i bought it brand new & fitted on my 2.5 V6 1994 saloon mig,
Great sound not too loud just nice burble but it was fitted with brandnew center unsooted sections!
i did roughly 3000miles before my car was written off (in sept 2001) it was then removed & stored, i was going to be fitted to my next mig but never bought another one until nov last year & its an estate!!! so wont fit & too good a box to cut & chop!!
its been moved around & getting in the soddin way for years!!
i will ask a friend on here to upload a pic or 2 Very soon below this post, it will fit all V6 saloon models but on F/L cars you may need to spin bracked & trim bumper slightly so take this into mind!!!

ide like to get around £200 if i can  :-\ but open to sensable offers as i say pix to follow or pm me a mob number & i will MMS you pix some of the black paint has come off the box showing the stainless or i can easily flick some high temp black back on it again & it will look like new again!!

Really needs a good home & someone to liturally blow the cobwebs out of it!!!  :y

Cheers Glyn.

try jacking the front in the air both wheels off floor & check the steering idler ive just replaced all of my front end struts wishbones pollys trackrods antiroll links etc but if unloaded i shake steering by grabbing a wheel i can see the idler bars rocking, feels like ive got a knackerd trackrod kind of feeling, & mine wonders only slightly now tho if i fix them should sort mine out, i did find tho that out of the 4/5sets of wheels ive got with treads & tyres of different types the older the tyres were & also tread depth makes a difference,

Remember a tyre has a shelf life of around 5 years! you will find the manufactures date as a 4didget number in a soft cornered rectangle all tyres since 2000 will have this date if it calnt be seen on the outside of tyre wall it will be on the inside of tyre wall normally on directionals, the elements soften the rubber or can stiffen them in high heats making them handle awful hard tread or deformed wires can in wet weather or dry roads be a bitch! but worth a look tho even if your tyre has loads of life its usability suffers over age cracking mainly so if dated 1005 thats oct 2005 ,0512 would be may 2012 etc etc so age could be a factor to check aswel mate... in this country a tyre can not be sold if its 5years old but no law on having it fitted to your car "yet"

The main issue on the traggig gearbox is its oil delivery to the gear shafts! 1st 6th reverse are on the same shaft at the far end & due to its design its the last for lubrication i had a new 55 plate sl27 had 3 NEW gearboxes in it!! 15000mles 38000mls & 62000mls & they were all caused by not enough oil lubing the gears & the last gearbox at 62000 went all the way up to 169000miles with no probs i used a lucas or comma gear oil stabiliser that turns your gear oil into like a honey coating everything inside but i had gear oil changed on every oil change at 12000mles & never had a prob since, ive got a spair gearbox here for a laguna 1.9dci i believe its the same gearbox... i have to as a mate from renaut to make sure tho  :-\

really want to see this up close!! where in uk are you....???
How much of a headache was the ecu to wire into the omegas already fkin orqward wiring loom!!
ive noticed u had to move the abs system to battery area did you have to mod the steering linkage from hitting the block/bellhousing??
i was thinking of going down the V8 route at some stage but if a 3.0 supra twin t comes up @ right money i may be tempted.. but the manual gearbox alone are goin for around £600!! im looking for a 2500jz engine for another toy ive got & a mate uses same engine in his 83 corrola drift car & it fkin flys!! but the 200bhp 3.0v6 goes ok for a big car with 250bhp should be alot better but a car close on 2tones 300bhp+ would be awesome keep up the good work!! hope you wrote down what onnects to what & what youve had to mod to get her in the mig!!! was it a v6 or 4pot to start with...???
