« on: 27 March 2019, 12:46:38 »

replacing engine in my car and come across a few problems the heater hoses where do they go onto a 2.0 xev engine I am sure the outlet from heater goes onto a tee off the bottom radiator hose to water pump. Where does the inlet to the heater go onto the engine.
Also looking for where the Temp cooling sensor goes in a 2.0 XEV engine

Have you transfered the block at the back of the head onto the new engine?

Contains most everything you are looking for...  :y

Heater and header tank connect to a plastic pipe the runs from the bottom of the radiator towards the bulkhead.

Also, regardless of year, Haynes manual covers both the 2.0 8v and 16v. 2.2 is closely related to the 2.0 16v as well :y
