Pump problems.
« on: 15 September 2017, 00:07:43 »

Can anyone tell me what the pump under the nearside front bumper is for and if one can be found as it makes a hell of a noise when I first start up the car..

It sounds like the SAI pump,if so instead of replacing it you can remove it altogether. You have I believe to blank off a pipe or two[not sure if there's a guide for this]but it has been posted about before.Others will be along shortly I'm sure with more info.

unplug it: no need to blank it off or even easier - just ignore it (been ignoring mine for 4 years to no harm)
