I didn't get it. I asked a load of sensible questions and got back 'It passed an MOT'. I'd normally be put off by this and not bother bidding, but I still liked the car. So I did bid, but not as much as I would had the questions been answered properly. Also the alloys weren't right and it was in London - all of which reduced the amount I was willing to risk.
Shame, it looked great.

Yep, correct alloys for an 02 / 03 car. Good thing about going to London to buy a car is that once you get off the train, you can catch a tube / bus / taxi to wherever the car is very easily.

If you drive away in an omega you’ve just bought in London, your congestion charge fine will hit the doormat before you do ;D

Only right in the centre. Mine came from near Wembley and the congestion charge didn't apply. ;)
