After watching your video, I watched a few of the following compulations, which are certainly not for the thin skinned or faint hearted.

Two things stand out...

1. Never drive east of Poland
2. Dogs show more compassion than most humans

I have a dash cam in my cars and the thing that I notice is that the wide angle lens makes the car in front look further away than it actually is when you play it back. I bet that was much closer in reality than the view that you see on playback. 

Yer a lot closer.  My reaction times are only average, she was across the hatching & into my lane before I could react   I was convinced my car wouldn`t stop in time, maybe in the wet I`d have bent it . I could also here tyres screeching from somewhere, but I think that was from the truck behind me.

Yeh, my dashcam has a wide angle lens and that also looks as if vehicles are further away than they actually are on playback.
