And all but the very early 3.0 plenums are the same as the 3.2 if my memory serves.

Just went online to sort out insurance for the Boxster. Ended up going with Tesco via Topcashback.
£182 and £45 cashback to come.
Got to the point of paying and then got the Natwest authentication message, which is normal.
Waited for the code they normally text to my phone but it never came.
Phoned the number provided when I clicked on the help icon, which turned out to be the fraud team. ???
Then waited for half an hour to speak to someone, before hanging up, as the transaction had timed out anyway, so I need to start all over gain. FFS !  >:(
Presumably will need to go back into TCB site first or cashback will be lost.  ::)
Technology is a wondeful thing...............when it works as it should.

Been paying £195 a month here. Currently £800+ in credit. British Gas should let me know imminently how much its going to drop.

I got done for speeding in my first car. A Viva HB, which iirc was around 50bhp.
I genuinely wasnt speeding but two coppers lying, meant there was no point me arguing about it.
I got away with a hell of a lot of other stuff they never caught me for, so swings and roundabouts I suppose.  ::)

Have swapped plug, stick coil and injector between 1 and 3,  but code stayed at pot 3. The most recent incident though only threw up cat efficiency code .
Maybe because I stopped and put petrol in to bring the fuel level back up, rather than keep driving until I got home.
A mechanic on another forum claims that cylinder specific codes on these arent always accurate and can be taken with a pinch of salt ?
Will have a check of injector wiring, but if that doesnt provide any answers Im going to run the fuel level low again, and then see if I can make some progress with it.
Maybe completely empty and clean out the tank and then start fresh from there.
It isnt a huge problem so far, but pretty irritating, and may get worse until I diagnose it properly.

 ;D ;D

To this day, the most exciting car Ive ever driven was my Chevette HS. Approx. 180bhp and iirc it weighed exactly a ton.
It was a seriously quick car, in its day and on more than one occasion left a 911 struggling in vain to keep up.
It was being driven by a young, stupid eejit though.  :)
Those were the days.  8)

Cars from 30 years ago that had less power, also had a lot less weight to pull along. So yes it is relative, but imo its much more fun driving a 1 ton car with 150bhp than a 2 ton car with 300bhp.
