Just went online to sort out insurance for the Boxster. Ended up going with Tesco via Topcashback.
£182 and £45 cashback to come.
Got to the point of paying and then got the Natwest authentication message, which is normal.
Waited for the code they normally text to my phone but it never came.
Phoned the number provided when I clicked on the help icon, which turned out to be the fraud team.
Then waited for half an hour to speak to someone, before hanging up, as the transaction had timed out anyway, so I need to start all over gain. FFS !
Presumably will need to go back into TCB site first or cashback will be lost.
Technology is a wondeful thing...............when it works as it should.
