lock car with flat battery

probably a stupid question, but if my battery is dead flat and I lock the car manually, will it open again.

You're only going to manually lock that door, using mechanical mechanism. You'd need to lock all other doors by pushing the pins down.

Again, unlocking, only that door will open, but open it will .

If it was me I'd be checking the Key works first, wouldn't be the first time Ive relied on the Fob central locking and then found the Ing. Key wasn't the same as the Drivers Door Lock.

Also do the same for the rear Hatch on Estates, depending how its been set with the key will determine whether the the rear door opens on the Fob unlock or not, ie, remove battery lock the inside doors up walk away only to find the rear Hatch door is still unlocked, if so it will need locking again with the Key   ;)
