2.5 td code 61 and 64

car will not start so i did the paperclip test and got codes 61 and 64
61      Fuel Injection Quantity Control Circuit Incorrect Signal
64      Fuel Quantity Control Out of Range

so i got this far. what does those two codes mean ? :-\

Check the wire going to injector 4 for damage.

How much fuel is in it, when the lift pump fails, these tend to struggle to start when less than quarter of a tank.  Also, this engine has a software fault that can cause poor warm starting.

When you get it to run again, empty fuel filter, fill it with diesel magic, and start it.  That may help reduce the occurances of the 64.

Tank is full.. Got the car running after i checked and cleaned all the connectors from the fuel pump.
The lift pump is not getting power to it.. Have not found the fault yet

And the car starts fine when warm.. Maybe the glow plugs are broken :/
