Hi is there any way to reset the maintanance light (car & Spanner) on a 2.2 cd  :y

Yes, by fixing the fault. ;) Most faults will extinguish the light once repaired. Failing that a Tech 2 or OBDII compatible code reader can be used.

The first thing you need to do is put a code reader on it and identify the cause of the problem.

Oh, and try to be a little more descriptive in your topic titles, please. That way you have a better chance of attracting someone who has the solution. ;)

Just re-read your message and, to clarify, the Omega doesn't have a service indicator (which illuminates when it's time for a service). Both the engine management light and the emissions warning light illuminate only if there's a fault with the car.
