Put on a pair of Kumho KU39s.  First impressions - feels stable, no tramlining but a little noisier than I had hoped.  No opportunity to test grip as yet.

Dunlops - SP Sport Maxx TT IIRC.

Kumhos are 235/45/17 97Y, £89 fully fitted from Micheldever, although I paid a few squid extra locally to save me a 60 mile drive.

Let's see.. sold the hardtop for the MR2 and fitted it to the fellas car. Would have taken 20 minutes had I not dropped a bolt into the rear wheel arch - took longer to get the fiddly little plastic clips of doom out than it did to do the whole rest of the job  ;D

Put the throttle bodies onto the V8 to stare at them (no gaskets or proper bolts.. heck, no lifters or pushrods either, let alone the crank ;D) and .. drool.

Oh yeah, and went to Halfords & bought three new tool chests and a bunch of tools.. tried to blag my way into their trade scheme but no dice (even when you're buying £500's worth of stuff!) :(
