headlight casings
« on: 08 July 2016, 13:23:43 »

Is it possible to convert " normal headlights" i.e. GLS to Xenon/HID etc ?????  I have two very clear GLS ones with intact adjusters so wondered if they would be of use to Elite owners

On my old Elite I bought a set of non-hid headlights that were original Hellas with almost pefect lenses.

Removed them and swopped faded lenses from my existing Hid,s.Result was 2 near perfect lights with intact adjusters and less than £20 a light.

Think I have read that the plastic lenses are different from Hids to non-Hids but I couldnt tell the difference tbh
