WTD: Few 3.2 Parts!
« on: 04 October 2012, 21:26:13 »

Hi guys iv got a 2001 3.2 Elite Auto. and after a centre armrest preferably in good nick? As mines the top clip has broken! Also mines has the 2rear heat switches on the back of the armrest (if that makes any difference)

Day by day my braking distance needs to be increased as the spongy feel still there and has been from day 1? I know thats normal but iv tried bleeding the hoses etc and still seems weak hence hoping a breaker here can provide me a lucas brake master cylinder ( last hope trying to get rid of the sponge feel)

And also maybe after a PAS unit, as mine seems to have a mind of its own and have to fight with it when it comes to parking??

Have checked both brake and pas fluid, both topped and havent been loosing any, colours a little darker then new fluid, but i doubt that would make all that difference!

Master cylinder should be OK, advisable to check bore size (cast into the housing) normally 25/20 or 25/25.

Saw this number directly behind the brake fluid top up reservoir, saw 8 digits followed by 2 capital letters. Or do i have to find another way to view the bore size?

I have a centre armrest in very good condition.
Have checked both brake and pas fluid, both topped and havent been loosing any, colours a little darker then new fluid, but i doubt that would make all that difference!
I also have a 2.6 master cylinder and power steering pump available if 'Albitz' can't sort you out.

Any info on the 3.0 PAS pump being fitted onto a 3.2 Albz, whether it would fit or there are actual differences..  :y
