I think I might need zome stickier ones for the xe. It's a lot easier to get it out of shape on acceleration than the Omega.   ::)

Hmm. Dunno. When I drive off in the morning they are black and round enough not to cause any issues, so I haven't looked much. :-[

My XJ doesn't have much more power than your XE Kevin Wood, and I suspect they are a lot wider, but its still a bit tail happy coming out of bends, even on my idea of decent rubber.

Mind you, in this weather with leaves, grime and rain, even the Battlebus goes sideways when taking evasive action when some duffer in a Nissan decides to use the left lane to do a complete U-Turn on a fast roundabout. Don't ask how I know.
