Hi Guys, just moved over - thanks for the invitation Dave. Nice to see a few of the "old" names that I recognize and great to see some of the familiar experts here. Decided to keep same name as couldn't see the point in changing. Site looks great so well done to all of you that are behind it and keep up the good work. Some of you may know me already but a big Hi to those that don't. I drive an Omega CD 2.5 V6 Estate but have no real technical or mechanical knowledge of cars (no decent tools either!) which is why I originally joined VXon and am now here. Live in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire - anyone nearby?

Hello everyone cheers for the invite to the site Dave got it this morning through email and then checked it on the site.

As like Bob.dent I decided to keep my name as its the one I always seem to use.

Bob hoddesdons not to too far way from stevenage area, I live in Hitchin so If I am your way i may spot you.

I'm up on the Bucks/Oxon/Northants border - not a million miles away if you need tools etc...

Thanks mate.....nice to hear from you again in this new (and better!!) forum. Unlikely I'll need to borrow tools though 'cos I wouldn't know what the bloody hell to do with them!! :-/

Hi all, great site just registered, I've had many vauxhall models to date incl -carlton cdxi, omega2.5 cdxi  at the moment i have a omega 2001 2.6 cd auto, brilliant car. but not very mechanical/tech... advice from fellow omega owners is highly appreciated.
