Out that I know of do they stretch and would it be wise to change then?

Well had replaced mass air flow sensor
Due to fault code indicating problems. And bad running, But replaced with one
From breakers, didn’t much improve,have since discovered rocker cover
Gasket leaking oil into plug wells coil pack soaked in oil
Think this is cause of problem, but now have no reading or very low for sensor, of course could be faulty have tried old one it’s same very low or no reading 😟

It does say on the gov.uk that Vauxhall’s with direct injection won’t run it
Wasn’t sure if omega 2.2 was direct injection
