Power steering wont work unless the engine is running, prop shaft needs to be disconnected to tow an auto that far

As said before.

Bilstein OEM shocks from www.balancemotorsport.co.uk

And then add some suitable springs, 30mm drop is my recommendation as standard shock (including the Bilstein OEM ones), will not support a drop greater than this. The irmscher springs were ideal for this.

This will give much improved handling but wont be so harsh as to knock your fillings out!

I have to agree, compared to standard MV6 set up, the irmscher springs totally transform the handling of the car

ah but where can you get those pesky rare irmscher springs nowadays?! :-/

Well you not having mine Irmscher still sell them if you hane £300 spare

Hi chaps

Sounds like I have a squeeking noise coming from around about the area of the aircon pump. Is it anything to be worried about if the bearings are on their way out??

Mine siezed up without showing any signs of failure ( causing one or two members to eat humble pie in the the early days of the forum, ah the memories )so deffo worth trying to pin point if possible

Thanks chaps, am going to look at it just after 10 so will report back on my return.

Ive been wanting to upgrade to a 2.5/3.0 for some time but my old girl made my mind up for me when her head gasket went for the 3rd time in 2 years. Something aint right with the old girl.

Whats acconomy like on them??........Not that it make much difference with my heavy right foot.

Cambelt being obvious, dont get scared with a bit of mayo on the filler cap, just be sensible
